Course entry requirements
Suitability for the course is assessed individually and is based on previous education, experience, skills, and expectations of the course.
A good general academic background (this means full time education to age 18 at least) is assumed for those intending to teach in the Lower School.
Schools with Upper School teaching vacancies usually require graduates in their respective subjects. In both cases, this enables all curriculum sessions to concentrate their limited time on what is specifically 'Waldorf' in teaching.
A certain familiarity with or willingness to become familiar with the anthroposophical background of Waldorf education is also essential.
